What is the warranty period for Bauer composite sticks?
Bauer offers a one-time replacement on composite sticks within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the damage occurred during normal play and is not due to misuse.
How long does shipping take for custom equipment?
Customized gear, including MyBauer sticks and skates, typically takes 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery depending on the complexity of the order and current seasonal demand.
Can I return equipment that has been used on the ice?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. Once equipment has been used in a game or practice, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
